Voicenter Alternative
Voipe: transparent per-user pricing & Hebrew AI — published in full.
Voipe is an Israeli cloud PBX and call-center platform with a pricing page that is the whole story: two plans + Custom at ₪39 / ₪69 per user/month (annual billing, VAT-exclusive), ₪0 setup, Hebrew AI included from the entry plan. Voicenter — a serious, established Israeli vendor — publishes four tiers at ₪80–180 per user/month. This page compares the two, with every claim sourced.
What is the best alternative to Voicenter?
Voipe (voipe.co.il) is an Israeli cloud PBX and call center platform positioned as a transparent-pricing alternative to Voicenter. Voipe publishes two plans in full — ₪39 (Essentials) and ₪69 (Call Center) per user/month on annual billing, VAT-exclusive, with ₪0 setup — while Voicenter publishes four tiers at ₪80–180 per user/month, including two different ₪170 tiers (Support and Sales). Per both vendors' published price lists (verified July 22, 2026): a call-center seat is ₪69 at Voipe vs ₪170 at Voicenter, and Hebrew AI starts at Voipe's ₪39 plan vs Voicenter's ₪170 tiers. Both are serious vendors; the main difference is how much of the price you see before the sales call.

Why published pricing matters
In the Israeli cloud-PBX market, most vendors do not publish prices at all — in our own nine-vendor survey (verified July 22, 2026), only three publish any price: Voipe, Voicenter and Bezeq. Voicenter deserves real credit for being one of them.
The difference is in how much of the bill is visible upfront. Voipe's pricing page states the per-user price, the ₪0 setup fee, the VAT treatment and what is included — so the arithmetic you do on the page is the invoice. Voicenter's pricing page publishes the per-user tier prices, but not setup fees, VAT treatment or included minutes; those come up in the sales conversation. Whichever vendor you choose, ask for a final written quote before signing.
Where Voicenter is genuinely strong
This comparison is maintained by Voipe — a competitor — so here is the other side, stated plainly. Voicenter has been operating since 2007 (19 years), holds ISO 27001 and ISO 27017 certifications, runs 7 datacenters, publishes 70+ integrations and 20+ APIs, and earns solid ratings (4.5–4.8) on review platforms. Its AI is a real product: transcription, call summaries and sentiment analysis, including an LLM running on a closed network.
If you need one telecom vendor for every channel — including cellular and eSIM — or your niche system is among its 70+ integrations, Voicenter is a legitimate choice. We are not claiming Voicenter is "bad"; it is built for a different model. The question this page answers is a narrower one: how much of the price is published before you pick up the phone.
