VoIPe integration with Zoho

Get all Zoho Phone bridge features:
1. For each incoming call, getting a popup card with the customer details.
2. Click2dial- calling a customer from Zoho by clicking on one button.
3. Logging all calls as activities.

?How to enable VoIPe- Zoho integration

:Step 1

Login to Cpanel

Login to Cpanel with your org id, email and password.

Login to Zoho CRM

Login to Zoho CRM with your email and password

Enable the PhoneBridge in Zoho CRM

1. Navigate to Settings
2. Click on Telephony (CHANNELS)
3. Click on "Enable Telephony"

Authorize the integration

1. Click on the "manage" tab in Cpanel menu
2. Go to "CTI" page (settings)
3. Open "Zoho official" tab
4. Click on the "Authorize" button

Confirm VoIPe access

1. Click on "Accept" button to confirm the phonebridge integration

Mapping users

1. Click on the "manage" tab in Cpanel menu
2. Go to "CTI" page (settings)
3. Open "Zoho official" tab
4. Map each Zoho user to Cpanel user and enable the click2dial functionality
